Tran: Read this space for tips and help.
Purpose:Use the Job Aid to break a job down into steps and check them off as you do them. You can summarize what you did well and what you could improve.
Tips:
1. When you have a big job to do, list the steps you need to take to get it done.
2. Put the steps in order from the beginning to end.
3. Do the steps in order and check off each one when it is done.
4. After you finish the job, evaluate your work. Write down what you did well. Write down what you could improve.
5. Decide if you can make the changes to improve your job.
